About Our Divisions :

U6 Micro
This is a co-ed program for 5 & 6 yr olds that introduces them to soccer while developing overall coordination. Every week the kids will take part in an a few fun activities followed by a 3v3 or 4v4 small sided game. There are no set teams or coaches for this program. The kids are divided up into small groups at the beginning of each session and will work with a coach who facilitates the lesson plan for that day. This program is all about having fun and introducing the kids to soccer.
U8
This is a co-ed program for 7 & 8 year olds and the first year the kids will have set teams and coaches. The coach of each team will be responsible for scheduling practices each week. Games are played every Saturday for 7 consecutive weeks in the fall and spring. There will be 4 periods lasting 10 minutes each, but most games run an hour.
U10B & U10G
This is the first year boys and girls will be separated into their own divisions. The coach of each team will be responsible for scheduling practices each week. Games are played every Saturday for 7 consecutive weeks in the fall and spring. There will be 4 periods lasting 15 minutes each
U12B & U12G
Boys and girls will be separated into their own divisions. The coach of each team will be responsible for scheduling practices each week. Games are played every Saturday for 7 consecutive weeks in the fall and spring. There will be 4 periods lasting 15 minutes each.
U14B & U14G
CBoys and girls will be separated into their own divisions. The coach of each team will be responsible for scheduling practices each week. Games are played every Saturday for 7 consecutive weeks in the fall and spring. There will be 4 periods lasting 20 minutes each.ontent

For 30 years, the Western Onondaga Youth Soccer Association, Inc. has provided a recreational soccer program for both boys and girls, ages 5 to 19.  WOYSA emphasizes not only instruction in the sport, but also participation of all team members.  The high ideals of sportsmanship, teamwork and fair play are always present.
